Crossing Over

A project in the Healthcare sector, that aims to bring to the forefront discussions about death. It looks at the conflicts and conversations during the end-of-life phase of the terminally ill from the perspective of the different stakeholders involved including the medical staff, the caregivers, patient counsellors, and family. These essential and often missing coversations are showcased through several small plays followed by an interaction with the audience using Playback Theatre, to hold the feelings and emotions they would be sitting with post watching the intense plays. The plays are derived from a book published by the Bangalore Hospice Trust (Karunashraya)
